Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021”

The law is scheduled for 2021:

- revenues of the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 1,092,083,254.3, including revenues of the general fund of the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 959,854,312.4 and revenues of the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 132,228,941.9;

- expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 1,328,201,570.2, including expenditures of the general fund of the State Budget of Ukraine - in the amount of UAH 1,183,857,335.7 and expenditures of the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine - in the amount of UAH 144,344,234.5;

- repayment of loans to the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 8,585,108.9, including repayment of loans to the general fund of the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 8,045,945.7 and repayment of loans to the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 539,163.2;

- granting loans from the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 19,102,293, including loans from the general fund of the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 4,904,312.3 and loans from the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 14,197,980.7;

- the maximum amount of the State Budget of Ukraine deficit is UAH 246,635,500, including the maximum amount of the general fund deficit of the State Budget of Ukraine – UAH 220,861,389.9 and the maximum deficit of the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine – UAH 25,774,110.1;

- working capital balance of the State Budget of Ukraine - up to 2 percent of expenditures of the general fund of the State Budget of Ukraine.

The law sets a living wage per person in 2021 (per month) in the amount of UAH 2,189 from January 1, UAH 2,294 from July 1, and UAH 2,393 from December 1.

The law sets the minimum wage in 2021:

- in the monthly amount: from January 1 – UAH 6,000, from December 1 – UAH 6,500;

- in an hourly rate: from January 1 – UAH 36.11, from December 1 – UAH 39.12.
